We ship and deliver direct throughout the world.

Whether you live in USA, Hong Kong, Australia, Dubai, South Korea, Argentina or in Europe, we will be pleased to arrange shipping and delivery direct to your home. We can also offer in-house white glove delivery with unpacking & removal of debris.

Professional, reliable delivery is an important part of our service; we are anxious to ensure that products are delivered to your home with the greatest possible care.  Items which are fragile may require crating and the cheapest method of transportation may not always provide the best solution.

When we quote for shipping, we always quote including delivery; geographical location has a bearing on cost and delivery charges vary significantly from one location to another. Accordingly, we always require a zip code address before offering a final quotation.
Pro-rata, larger orders usually incur lower shipping and delivery charges so it usually pays to ship one larger consignment rather than two.

Within the EU, VAT is included; there is no customs duty inside Europe.

When shipping outside the EU, prices are quoted excluding duty, taxes and customs clearance charges, unless otherwise stated.

If you are thinking about a large order, for example to furnish a new home, we will be pleased to quote for shipping a 20ft container direct to your residence. This may well be the most cost-effective, efficient way of managing the process.

We work with a small number of professional forwarders, people who understand careful handling and appropriate ground arrangements.

Making delivery simple
We aim to make delivery simple even for large, heavy items so we do need to know when we accept an order, exactly where it needs to be delivered: When you complete an enquiry form, please let us know what particular delivery constraints may exist, such as narrow streets, a small elevator, a narrow doorway or stairs.

From order to delivery
When providing information about an anticipated delivery date, we will always aim to be as accurate as possible but please note, from time to time, manufacturers have unforeseen delays beyond our control for which we cannot be held responsible.  In good faith, however, we will notify you immediately if for any reason we foresee a delay beyond the anticipated date of delivery. Insurance
Every consignment we ship is insured by name. We never ship without full marine insurance.
Intirium has an excellent umbrella policy which provides full-risk cover up until the goods are unpacked inside your home.  This means in the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, we would replace the entire piece or damaged section as necessary, as quickly as possible.
